Do I need new documents?

Hi,

My mother's visa got rejected on 13April 2012. and this time I am applying Visa this month for my mother with father.

Do I send all the documents original or copy in mail will work, which my parents take a print for interview?

Please suggest!!!

Your post is confusing.

If you are sending everything by mail, why would you send the copies? Send original.

If you send something by mail, why do they need to take print outs? Aren't they already printed documents?

Or are you sending a CD by mail?

I should have said "e-mail" instead "mail" for taking printouts.
