Father Name misspelled

Hi - My father first name in my passport is "SREEHARI" where as his education record has it "SRIHARI" based on which all his other documents are parepared and his passport got his first name as "SRIHARI"

Will this be an issue if he attends for Visitor VISA? even though spelling is not matching, its same for reading, does VISA officer take it to consideration.

If anybody faced this kind of issue, please let me know how big this issue would be?
