Mom's visa denied June 05- Mumbai Consulate

Interview was in Marathi. My husband was the sponsoror. Reason for travel was visiting me and tourism. Mom actually owns a beauty parlour and is employed but I showed mom as housewife thinking that VO might thing mom can work illegally in US as many H4 women do.
Mom have a house, bank balance (economic ties) and husband and son both working in India (social ties). VO only asked 3 questions, didnt see a single doc.
1) Why are you going to US - Visiting daughter n son in law
2) How long will you stay - 2 months
3) Why are you going alone - Husband and son both working so cant manage to take leave for that long
4) Is your daughter on GC or visa - Visa
Gave 214(b) form.

I want to reapply within a month's times since I am due in sept and want my mom to be with me. My question is:-
A) Should I reapply for mom's visa in 30-45 days, this time showing her as self-employed in beauty parlour business. Or can that be a negative point, As that work is do-able in US also and previously showed in DS160 as housewife.
B) Can reapplying along with Dad together might help?
c) Whats the best way to show social and economic ties more than property, bank balance and family back in India.

Please help me I am in a fix. I really want my mom to be here. Suggest me what can be the best thing. Is it worth applying 2nd time in a month's time.

Actually, moms going alone--- they suspect pregnancy . for which the trend is to deny visas.
Your mother should have shown her parlour, as that serves as an occupational tie to come back to. On hindsight , you cant say if that mattered because she was not asked about
her occupation.

Trying again , she won't be able to change her occupation as that will mean she lied before.
And husband suddenly accompanying her is also ill advised.
And economic ties; Usually they look at income and nature of work and not property / bank balance.

She can try her luck again, may be it will change.
If her husband is earning well - 15L per year, she can show self-funding.

I think the validity is 6 months. Still, please make sure.
