  • Advice Needed --- Visitor VISA

    Hi All,
I'm in the process of preparing documents for my mother’s visa, it would be her 3rd attempt in Delhi to get the visa for US. She has been rejected twice before.
Its been a little less that 1 year since she last went for her visa and at that time I'd said that we are just 2 (me and my wife ) and I'd not stated anything about our new born baby. I need advice on what should be written on I134 form should I state my daughter name too as wholly dependent or should I leave that blank.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Rule of thumb is to be truthful on all USCIS applications. If you have a new dependant, state so on the I-134 application (e.g. your daughter etc.). Good luck!
