Guidance / Assistance Needed

Hi, I am on a H1B visa in US and my Fiancé is in Pakistan. Is there is any visa that my Fiancé come here and we get married over here in US (that will help us to change the Fiancé status to H4 without waiting for couple of months that i go there and marry her then apply for the H4)
OR do i invite her on B2 visa (visitor visa) and when she is here i will marry her. What are the options and pros and cons.

Any guidance / Assistance will be appreciated. Thanks

You could do that if she can get a visitor visa.
But they will never give her
a visitor visa if she tells them she wishes to meet her fiance on H-1.( immigrant intent).

She can get a visitor visa if she can apply through a different purpose;
business visit through her employer.

Other than that , she can go for student, H-1 on her own if she is eligible.
But that seems far fetched just to save 4 months for you.

Summary;
If she can't get a visitor visa, the best is for you to marry in Pakistan.

Well let me know if her visiting visa is rejected and then i plan to goto Pak for marrying her.
Is the rejection of B2 visa (visiting visa) will not effect her H4 visa?

I mean it should not be consider while applying for H4.

It will not affect... 99% they are not creating any problem on H4 visa...

One of my friend who was in India & her parents in US on GC & she applied for F1 visa but unfortunately it was rejected afterwords she married to H1 and get her H4...
