Hello,
I had a visa issued in 2002 for which I am applying via the VIW program, but my wife had a F1 visa which expired in November 2011, and she moved to India and married me in March 2011.
I had a question filling her DS160 form, when you go to employment section does she need to mention her previous employment in the USA? She was under the CPT program?
Also her passport is not Indian so any additional documents she should carry? for now I assume I will include my Bank Statements, and my last 3 years IT returns? Any help would be appreciated.
