I am Kiran K Venepalli. I am trying to bring my parents to USA and looking for correct information.
I finished my degree and I am currently working since Nov, 2011. However, I am still under OPT (which is again a F1 VISA) until this September 2012. Then I renew it for another 17 months and mean while I apply for H1B. Now, I want to sponsor my parents to come over here. Therefore, which document should I submit instead of I797 form.
Also, will it be a problem for them at interview since my first term OPT ends on September though I can renew it again??
