Have been looking over the website. The info is great, but everything I have read mentions India. Do all the same stipulations apply for a different country? Do I need to have all the same documents and fill out all the same forms? Please help!

The rules are generic. You can substitute the country of your choice in place of India in the documents. I would recommend that you also look at the US embassy and/or consulate website in your country, for any country specific information.

Most of the information is generic.

Some information like scheduling an appointment such as at Chennai, India, TTSVisas service etc. are India specific.

This website is not meant just for Indians, but it happens to be the case that majority of the people that use this website are from India.

If we are able to collect more information about significant countries, we would be glad to add that information as well, but that has to come from users like you. Because we can't go to every place, figure out the procedures and add over here.
