B2 Re-visit

My parents came to us after 4 years in July 2011 and there were supposed to go back in Jan 2012. However I have applied for their extension for another 6 months which was approved. Now with their extension they can stay till July 2012. But as my parents had some emg in India, they left early in april 2012.

My question is that I want to bring them back again in july. They stayed in india for 3 months, that’s from April 2012 to June 2012. Is it possible to bring them back in July. Will they have any problem for re-entry at the airport. They would be coming through JFK.

Its urg. Can some one pls reply. Can they re-entry again after 3 months.

( 4 years back my parents come to US 2 times. Stayed for 6 months. No extension was applied then )

Usually it is advisable for them to stay in India for atleast 6-8 months after the have applied for extension..There's a high possibility that this time they give I-94 for only 3 months. (or even less). Same thing happened with my colleague..

Not advised to come after 3 months.
Since they have already spent 9 months .
Usually they do not do it but anything can happen;
if they get a strict officer, he can even cancel their visa and send them back.
Wait until Jan 2013 to be on the safer side.

Another note of caution;
Very long stays ,very frequent visits and extensions can be a huge negative when applying for a new B1/B2 after the expiry of current one.
