My parents came to us after 4 years in July 2011. They were supposed to go back in Jan 2012. However I have applied for their extension for 6 months which was approved.
Now with their extension they can stay in July 2012. But as my parents had some emg in India, they left early. I went back in April 1st week for 2012.
My question is that I want to bring them back again in july. They stayed in india for 3 months now.. that’s from April 2012 to June 2012 .
Can I book tickets for them for aug. Will they have any problem for re-entry at the airport. They would be coming to JFK.
Its urg. Can some one pls reply. Can they re-entry again after 3 months.
