Hello every one,
I know that the income is a major deciding factor for th visa officer in terms of issuing the visitor's visa to an applicant. But what if the VO didn't even look at I - 134( i.e. the sponsor letter). I want to know what is the significance of I 134 if the income of the applicant is one of the main deciding factors for whether to issue visa or not ?
Should the interviewee interrupt the interview to mention that income is not an issue because they have been sponsored by so and so ? I mean if someone is not smart enough (like my parents) who don't know how to fit all the information in their answers in order to convice the VO about their ties back home and so forth, then its one of the toughoust ordeal for them to get a visa ?
Please suggest ! Any guidance will be highly appreciated !
