b1/b2 application during h1b transfer

i am on h1b visa and wife on h4.
her sister and her husband also happen to stay here in the US on h4 and h1b respectively
now, we would like to invite my in-laws over to the US, on a visitor visa, who happen to have only 2 daughters both staying in the US.
Moreover, my h1b transfer is still in process, since i changed my employer.
will this hinder the application for b1/b2, if my brother-in-law (my wife's sister's husband) invites/sponsers them.
If so, please advise us, how should we overcome this.

It is very subjective and depends upon the consular officer.

There is no way to overcome the fact that both children are in US. However, always tell truth and never lie.
