Vistor Visa - from UK

My brother is in UK, I would like to invite to USA on tourism visa.

Cud anyone has a experience on it.How it proceed?

Wat kind of documents sponsor/visitoe should sent/carry etc?

That depends upon what legal status he has in UK.

If he is on work visa, staying in UK on a long term, he can apply from UK.

If he is on a visitor visa, student visa etc, he will have to apply from home country instead of from UK.
