Question I-134
Hi All,
Another question on I-134. Question 9 of the I-134 form where it says "That I have previously submitted affidavit(s)... I need to know is it necessary to write the exact date how about if I write March - April 2004 as I don't remember the exact date the affidavits were submitted.
This goes for Q 10 on the form too do I need an exact date or will March - April 2004 would be good enough.
