Sponsor letter for B2 visa

Hi,

I am 18 years of age and I would like to apply for B2 visa to attend my elder brothers graduation ceremony in the month of september, My father who runs his hotel business here in India has agreed to sponsor my trip.
So please let me know what all documents i need to collect from my Dad.

1.Proof of his business (Letter head, copy of the recent balance sheet )
2. His recent IT Return to show his income.
3. Last 6 month's bank statement to show good funds.

More important than funds are your ties to INdia. Because you are very young and single ,
and going on a casual visit, they will suspect you a potential immigrant,
You must show proper enrolment in a college or employment in an ongoing job that you will come back to.

Also, the purpose is not very concrete. They will ask you why your parents are not going for the graduation because their presence at grad ceremony is more befitting than yours.
