Parents Visa Rejected Twice - Need Help

Hi,


I am on H1B in US and I had sponsored my parents and brother to visit US. I am married and my husband is on H1B too. They had their first interview on April 9th 2012.

Questions asked:
Father:
1. Who is in US - Daughter
2. What is your occupations - Doctor in Govt Job
3. How many years of service remaining - 3
4. Why are you going to US - Tourism and Visit Daughter

Mother:
1. How many children - 2

Brother:
1. What do you do? -- BBM final year

We thought the Visa visa got rejected as my brother was travelling with them and as he was still studying it might have got rejected.

I sent my parents only again on April 24th i.e after two weeks.

Questions:
Father:
1. Who lives in US - Daughter
2. Your Visa was rejected and the reason for applying again? - We thought as our complete family was travelling, may be thats the reason we did not get. So this time its only me and my wife applying.
3. What is job? - I am a doctor and in a state gove job.
4. Has anythign else changed between last and first time - Yes I am not travellign with my son and nothing else.

Mother:
1. How many children? - 2 - daughter lives in US and Son is still studying in India

Visa again got rejected. Any help regarding this will be helpful. I am plannign agian for next year.
