clarification for travel within US

Hi,

My sister is given a B1 in lieu of H visa and she is scheduled to visit their company in Redmond Washington for two weeks. She received a B1 visa valid from June 2012 to September 2012 with written notation In Lieu of (company name) Redmond Washington. We would like to know if she will be allowed to travel within US as I am located in Illinois.

So our plan is the weekend within her stay here we would like her to visit us in Illinois but we do not understand if the notation on the visa meant that she is only allowed in Washington state or would she be allowed for inter-state travel as well.

People I've asked told me there's nothing wrong with that but we just want to make sure as this is her first trip in US and we don't want it to be an unpleasant one.

She can travel to other states, that's not a problem. No need of any visa for domestic travel in US. She needs to carry a ID (Passport) for her travel.
