Tourist Visa From Canada

Hi,
Here is my situation:
I am in Canada and Parents are in India. They have Canada Visitor Visa. They plan to visit here in Canada next month. We also want to visit USA during this visit. I already have US Tourist Visa. However my parents' Visa got rejected in India - Mumbai today.
Here is my Question:
Can I apply for their US tourist Visa once they arrive in Canada from Canada? Is this possible?

Please answer my question, It's urgent.

You can . But if they have recently been denied in India,
it is unlikely that they will succeed here.

Can you post their mumbai inteview in Q and A form?
Also do they have any relatives in USA?
