Visitor visa to USA ( change of sponser status)

Hello,

I have taken appointment for my parents visa at Bombay for Aug 1st , 2005. When appointment was taken ( 2 months back ) , i was on H1b visa but last week I got my Green card. Do I need to send my updated status docuemnts to my parents or can they still keep my H1B status document ?

Does consulate people check exact status of sponser at the time of issuing visiotr visa to parents ? Is it going to affect my case ?
