Hello All,
My sister has recently attended the Visa interview at the mumbai consulate. My cousin who has the same last name as our family has sponsored her. She has completed her graduation recently and also has an on-campus job. She wanted to visit us for the summer vacation as she did not get the DOJ for her job. The visa officer has asked only 3 questions. 1) Purpose of visit 2)Where do you stay? 3)Who is sponsoring you? He did not even looked at the documents but rejected the visa. We are planning to apply again in next 10-20 days. Please let us know the chances of getting the visa this time..since she has been rejected once would this be a problem for her F1 visa in future? Responses would be highly appreciated.
