DS-160 Form for Interview Waiver

Hi,

My parent's visa will be expiring in next 6 months. I would like to apply renewal for them before that expires as they are 70+ age, I am planning to apply under Interview Waiver Program. I am wondinring do still I have to fill up DS-160 form online? The Non Immigrant Visa Interview Waiver Eligibility Checklist shows one of the item as DS -160 nonimmigrant visa application confirmation sheet. where and how do I get those.
