Visitopr Visa - Kolkata Consulate - Interview in Oriya ??

Hi , I have been checking for interview in Oriya in Kolkata but have not been successfuly. If i go with English then my Dad can manage but my mom cannot.

1) Will there be any problem if we select interview language as English for my parents (my mom can barely understand english)
2) We are not getting any Slots in Telugu or Oriya in Kolkata Center, are there any available slots in Kolkata ,do we have to wait for some more time?

Kindly help us with thi.
