Considering I have H1 visa and travelling to US (first visit) somewhere in late September, can I sponsor my mother-in-law's visitor visa such that she can travel with us?
I want her to travel with us because, a) my wife is pregnant, she is due in mid november, b) my mother-in-law doesn't understand/speak english, so travelling alone will be difficult for her. Also she is little old.
She cannot sponsor her own visa because she has no bank balance. Even I don't have a bank balance in India, though I own a house here. But considering I have a H1 visa can I sponsor her visa?
My mother-in-law's family, her husband and other married kids are here in India, is this good enough proof to convenience the officer that she will return back?
