Mom Visa Rejected,Please help

Today my mother went to chennai consulate for the visitors visa.Lady consular officer asked questions to my mother and mom answered the questions very well.The officer told her that they are going to give 6 months visitor visa and they took finger prints of my mother too.But when they checked my company name in their database it was not found.Hen ce they rejected my mom's visa.

Right now iam self-employed ,working as softwareconsultant at my client place.I started my company in the month of feb'05 and i incorporated it in my state.I paid fedaral and state taxes for the first quarter of 2005.

Guys,
My question is : "Is there anyway that i can register my company in INS database?".

I want to ask my mother to re-appear for the interview!.

Guys please share your thoughts and your experiances as self-employed sponsoring visitor visa.

There is no such requirement to register your company in INS database. I don't think there is any such INS database.

Are you sure that is the reason they gave you explicitly?

Thanks,Immihelp for responding to my question.Consular officer told my mom that the company name is not present in their database.we have no clue which database / databases they are searching!

I took an appointment for my mom in the month of november.This time iam planning to send all documenttation like( Incorporation certificate issued by state),federal tax and state tax documentation.
