Need Help on Visitor Visa Rejection procedure.

My Parents Visitor Visa got rejected
Reason “Doesn’t have enough strong financial background”

My father has showed 15 Lakh Property (home, plots) + Current Job in Govt Office.
But still they got rejected. I am not sure how much is enough ?

My questions are:

When they can apply again?

What documents do I need more ?
He has taken Property Affidavits, Bank Passbook, Property pager, Job certificate.

Do I need to prepare all those documents again like DS-156/DS-157?

Do I need to take appointment again?


I would appreciate if someone could help me out on above questions
