US visitor visa
Hi,
Me and my wife are in UK on our work permit from last 15 months and we have Indian passports.
We want to go on 2 weeks vacation to USA and visit her aunt who has been there for last 15 yrs.
I used to have L1 work permit for US which expired in 2010. My wife also had L2 though she never went to US on that visa.
My wife applied for USA visitor visa from US embassy london (I already have B1/B2 valid for 10 yrs). I was the sponsor in her application and thus i provided the bank statements and salary slips for last 6 months and a letter form my company of my employment.
We dont have any property here in London.
She joined a job a month back. Her visa was rejected and she was told that she wont get vacation from her office as she has joined a month back.
We are thinking to re apply with a No Objection letter from her office of approval of her vacation. Is there some other documents that we should provide ?
