Visitor Visa(B2) extension fee clarification for two applicants in same application

I applied visitors visa extension for my parents for another 3 months.I did e file the I-539 form.
In the form there is option to add all family members, so primary is my father and then included my mother
in same application

The fee requested by system and I paid at final step in e filing is $290

My question is,
1) Is $290 the fees for both applicants (as they are in same application)?
2) Dont we need to pay for both?

Any one went thru applying extension both parents (or in laws) and paid only $290?

Please clarify.

Fee is per application, and not per person.

Therefore, you don't have to pay additional fee if there are applicants on the same application.
