How do we know that our appointment is confirmed ?

Hai,
Thanks for all your previous advises,i really appreciate it.
Now i really got a doubt/question...., I booked for visa interview in November 7th for my mom online at ttsvisas.com
After sometime ( i think..a day), in that site,it showed that appointment date is full.I thought ok,i got that appointment.BUt, today one of my friends told me that i should get a confirmation mail or call that we got interview appointment on that particular day.
But after finishing all the necessary info when i was booking for appointment, i got confirmation page. is it enough?? Or, do i suppose to get email or phone call?? PLease give me advise on this.

If you get confirmation page with barcode then you are set.

Barcode means the appoinment confiramtion number right? and also they will ask us to get the printout of the confimation page immediately after the booking. you can now also take the printout by going into the print option ttservices and give your passport number , webconfiramtion number and email address . That is very important.
