DS 160 Question regarding Have you ever been refused US Visa before ?

Hi,

Last time, my parents applied B2 Visa(Feb 2010), it got rejected with section 214(b). I did not sponsor them from USA at that time.

Now I am planning to bring here for 1 month to see the places and I am sponsoring them this time. While filling online DS 160 form, I know the answer should be Yes for this question. I am planning to give this answer below.. can some one suggest if it is ok or Tell me if i need to present it in better way ?

"Yes, in Feb 2010. We don't know the reason but the consulate felt that we were ineligible for non immigrant visa under section 214(b) but actually I have my bed-ridden Father at home to take care of, responsibility of getting my 2 sons married, well settled business and property and Member of Trust at the Jain temple"

i feel mentioning the reason "My father is bed ridden" will give -ve impact on the application.
VO may straight away reject the case and will advice to take care of your father.
