Visiting visa to my parents
I would like to sponsor visiting visa to my parents. Right now I am in L1B visa.
My L1B visa expiry date on 08/24/2012.
My I-94 expiry date on 04/24/2014.
My I797 expiry date showing as "infinitely"
As per immigration law, I am not eligible for L1B extension due to my I-94 validity until 2014.
Could you please let me know can I sponsor visiting visa to my parents on I-94 validity basis instead of L1B expiry?
