Help needed with filling DS160 for parents

Hello,

I am sponsoring for my parents visitor visa. While filling out DS 160 for them - it asks for sponsors Surname and given name. My given name in my visa is FNU and Surname is my full name "Soman Reshmi". Do I need to maintain the same while filling out the DS 160 for my parents i.e mention Given Name as "FNU" ?

But in my passport - my given name is my full name "Reshmi Soman" and surname is empty. Should I follow this while filling DS 160 for my parents?

Also, what name should I use why filling I 134?

Am very confused. Please help me.
