Hi,
My in-laws visa has been rejected 4 times already. Until now they have tried in the Mumbai consulate. In April they went to the Hyderabad consulate for visa (because it was closer distance travel wise 5 hrs as compared to going to Mumbai an overnight train journey), it was rejected again with 214-b. The visa officer is not convinced about their intent of coming back I guess.
We are planning to reapply again and someone suggested that we should take separate appointments for both of them. One of my friends mother's visa was rejected 5 times and she got it finally in her 6th try. So we hoping something like this would happen with us too. What else I can do to convince the visa officer that my in-laws only purpose visiting here is tourism.
Also I wanted to check, do I have to redo the entire paperwork again ?
Thanks.
RB.
