This is my experience in getting the web appointment close to the date I wanted. I want to share this with everybody.I used this process to get visitor visa appointments.
Couple of months back I used to go randomly into the website and check the appointments. But now I know when to go. Adjust your system to the internet time. All the appointment dates are refreshed every 2 hours. That is exactly at 6.30am, 8.30am, 10.30am, 12.30pm.........6.30am like this.
For example, open a session with all the details and logon exactly at 6.29am 58 seconds. The dates are going to be refreshed at 6.30am exactly. This happens every 2 hours. Some time you won't find any new dates.That Means no body cancelled any appointments. But definitely you are going to get the date in couple of days. It worked for me. It worked for my friends. So definitely it is going to work for all of you.Don't be lazy to check every 2 hours. The most probable timings are 6.30am MT, 8.30am MT, 10.30am MT, 12.30pm MT, 10.30pm MT, 12.30am MT. But the server is refreshed evey 2 hours including other 2 hour slots.
But dont forget to check all timings for every 2 hours. Although it is 5 logins per/day, you can check the availabilty any number of times. Keep one window to login immediately as soon as you find an appointment on the other window.
Follow this. You will get an appointment with in a week.
