My parents went for interview on May 14 , 2012 in New delhi consulate, as per them the interview went well. but they got Pink 221g Slip saying we need to do some admin processing and will revert to you in 4-6 weeks. Now it's 11 week and still they didn't get any response from the embassy.

What could be the reason of the same?
In how many days can we expect response ?
