DS 160 Form Questions for Visitor Visa

Hi i am inviting my parents to visit me. I have few questions regarding filing up DS 160 for my Dad.

1) What should be the VISA Category.
should it be B2 or B1/B2 in the Purpose of Travel Section.
B2 is Tourism/Medical
B1/B2 is Business and Personal.

2)In the US Point of Contact Section.I would be the point of contact.there is also a section for Organization.
Will this be my Company Name or Do NOT KNOW.

3)On the Present Work Section .My Father is in Government job and has no previous job than this one since 21 Years.
so will the Previous Job section be not filled as Present Job does not have any Dates Section.

1) You can select B2 or B1/B2 it dosent matter as these days US embassy is issuing clubbed B1/B2 visa to tourist visa applicants.
2) As you are the point of contact in USA so you should mention DO NOT KNOW for Organization Name in the U.S.
3) Just fill the current job details.
