Urgent....Visitor Visa for parents

I am on L2 visa, working since last 6 months & my husband is on L1 visa. He recently invited his parents to come over, but they were self sponsored, they got the visa in June. Now I want my parents to apply for the visa & visit us. What will be better if he sends the invitation letter or me? My parents will be self sponsored too. They recently had a trip to singapore & malaysia. My husband has a copy of his employment verification letter which he has got issued for his parent's visa, it is about 3 months old, will that be good enough or should he arrange for a new one? Also my brother who is 19 yrs wants to come along with them. He is currently in college & has a year of studies left & has his exams in december. Will it be good if he applies with my parents? Will that reduce the chances of my parents visa? Does my broter require any documents from his college?
