URGENT : B2 Visitor VISA for my wife

Hi,

I am in US on H1-B visa, my I94 is going to expire on 30-Sep-2012. I have filled for H1-B Visa extension.

So my questions are:

1. Can my wife apply for B2 Visitor VISA to visit me in US. She is working in India and is not planning to stay here more than 2 months.

2. Can i sponsor my wifes visit to US. Since my i94 is expiring on 30-Sep-2012, we will there be any issue.
