Name Mismatch

Hi,

I'm in the process of sponsoring visa for my parents. However, I have name mismatch on various documents. For example

My Actual First/Middle/Last Name - A B C

Passport and Visa
Surname - B
Given Name - C A

My bank and employment verification documents have name A B C

My local address proof has my name as First Name - C and Last Name - B

Could you please let me know if this will be an issue when applying for VISA?

Make one and same person affidavit.

Its a common problem with Indian Names and It will not lead to any issue as the VO's of US Embassy are very much aware of it.
To be on a safe side you can prepare a affidavit mentioning the same.
