Hi guys,
We need some inputs and help regarding applying for a B-2 visa for our parents,
both are in mid fifties, working, financially well off, making enough money and savings to sponsor their own trip. Mom in college - lecturer, Dad is working in a private company - director in the firm....
Children info
Elder son married 29, lives in USA, on H1B visa, lives with wife
Younger son in USA unmarried, on OPT visa, has a job lined up.
Our questions are -
1. Do they sponsor themselves or do we sponsor them?
2. Do we mention both of us live in USA ?( we live together in USA )
3. Do we need to send I-134, even though they are self sponsored?
Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Any kind of input or info will be greatly appreciated.
