URGENT:- Need to Convert B2( Tourist) to H1B

Hello All,

I am in USA on Tourist Visa. I have already worked in USA on H1b earlier and Left US in 2010.

I completed my 4 years of H1B.

Now I got a Job offer and my employer want to convert my B2 visa/status to H1.

1) Is it possible to convert my B2 to H1 while I am in US. ?

2) Has any one done that. Please share your experience. Please share any information regarding this.

3) Are there any issues when you go for stamping in India.
