questions regarding visitor visa

Hi:
I am a student and currently doing my PhD, here in US. My parents want to come to US for few months. They are going to self-sponsor their trip. My dad' sister is US citizen and she has sent the I-134 and an invitation letter to them. I have few queries:
1) Do i have to send an I-134 too?
2) If my parents are goin to self-sponsor their trip, do i and my dad' sister still has to send the bank and other financial documents?

Evidence of financial status(bank statements etc) must accompany an I-134. Your aunt must send them to your dad for the I-134 to work. Only one I-134 will suffice.
If they have a VERY healthy financial status, they could also apply without
the I-134 and tell the consular that they are spending their own money.
