    Reg changing visitor visa in to L@ dependent

    Hello,
    I have couple of questions regarding changing my status from visitor visa to L2 visa.My Husband is in US with L1 visa -
    1. Can I change my status with in US?
    2. How long does this process usually takes?
    3. Do I have to go out of US to stamp L2 visa ,if issued?
