Hello,
I'm on L1 Visa and sponsoring B2 Visa for my in-laws, in the DS-160 form we have specified the 'Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip' as 'SELF', on a hindsight I realized that this
is in contradiction with me sponsoring the Visa, I would like to know as how this could effect the VO's decision for granting the B2 Visa, if this is a serious mistake, I would consider
cancelling my visa appointment and book a fresh appointment with a new DS-160 form.
Some of the FAQs that I found in the internet suggest that the visitors should inform the VO that all the expenses will be born by the sponsor, how true is this?
