B2 visa sponsor docs : Birth Certficate

Guys,

I want to sponsor my mom and dad as wells as my in-laws for a trip to US and hence would like to sponsor their B2 visa.

Now what i know is , birth certificates ( for my wife and self) will be required to submitted.

Now my birth certificate doesn't have my name on it and for my wife there is a mistake with her date of birth on it. Now my question is if i can still submit the above certificates as PRIMARY evidence along with other secondary evidence like school records, voters id card and pan cards...?
