Hi,
I want to sponsor for visitors visa for my parents and younger brother for a vacation in US.
I have the following questions. Can some one please help.
Situation: My dad is working, mother is a housewife. Younger brother(24) is working and unmarried. Elder sister married,working, in India and has one daughter.
1. How should I fill I-134? Should i fill one form with all three of them in the same form? Dad, Mom and brother? Or one for both parents and one for brother?
2. Can they all attend the visa interview together? Will it change the chances of getting a visa if together or seperate?
3. If my brothers visa is rejected, will it hurt his chances of getting any other visa in the future?
4. In the invitation letter and letter to consulate, is it compulsory to mention the period of stay? If I mention six months in the letters and they say 2months in interview, will it be a prob? (Dad and Brother being employed cannot obviously stay with me for six months)
5. Which documents should be submitted in advance at the Hyderabad visa consulate?
6. My dad and brother are well versed in english but i m worried the accent of the visa officer might be difficult to understand. Should they have a translator?
