Application for the family

Hello

We are a family of 7. Only my father and my youngest sister (6) have a valid visa, all the others have an expired visa. I on the other hand (21), have applied 3 months ago and recived a one-time entry only for visiting family in LA, only for the next 3 monthes, which ends in 8 days (I applied by myself, no other family member).

Now my father asked me to apply for visas for everyone and my question is this:
Does my father have to re-apply via DS160, even though he has a valid visa, only so he could add everyone else , so we could apply as a family? Or should I send a DS160 on my mothers behalf (all members add, excluded father+sister) and tell my father he should come with us to the embassy?

By the way...I keep getting this "Application Error
An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required. To retrieve your DS-160 application, please enter your Application ID." whenever Choose my country (IL) is the DS160 page. it doesnt even let me click "start application", it automatically assumes that I want to retrive an application, which I don't. Iv'e tried with Chrome too, even though I understand that .gov sites work better with IE, also tried on another computer and nothing.

Ideas anybody?
