  • No EOS COS and AOS By border control officer

The border control officer that interviewed me stated that I must return on the date on my ticket cos I had my first baby here after stating I wasnt pregnant at my visa interview 4 months before then, I am here to have baby no.2 but becos of the time limitation that was given and the no EOS, AOS and COS, what are my options seeing I will def overstay based on my return ticket date but not over the 6 months tune frame. I will be around for like 4 months. What are my options to regularize and if none, what are the consequences please.

I paid fully for the first so it's not like I didn't pay my bills

What you are doing is clearly birth tourism. Your primary purpose for coming to US on Visitor visa should be sightseeing, visiting relatives etc. and not giving birth. If you want to avoid possible deportation or future denial of entry it is better if you leave the US on or before the date written on your I-94.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
