Visa "under process" at Delhi embassy after 27 days from the interview

Hi,

My mom and dad went to Delhi Embassy for a B1/B2 visa on July 31, 2012. They were told that the visa is granted and they can leave. Mom got her passport within 2 days but dad's status still shows 'Visa under process at the Embassy/Consulate." Its been almost a month. They were not given any 221 document, neither have we received any email about more documents.

Any idea how much time it will take?
