How to extend Stay validity for only 2 weeks

Hello,

My wife has entered US on a valid B1/B2 visa for 5 years however the officer has realized that she is pregnant and accordingly has stamped 2 weeks only on her I-94 card
Now the question is ,can she apply immediately to extend her stay via I-539 form however it's recommended to apply for it at least 45 days before your stay expires which cannot be the case here ? also if her request has been denied then how long she can overstay in the US without getting banned from entering us again ?

If she has been stamped for 2 weeks, they don't want her to stay her longer.

If you want her to stay here longer, the only option is to apply for extension right away.

Of course, the chances of rejection are much higher.

If her extension is rejected, her multiple entry visa is void. She will need to go for another visa stamping.

Thanks, so in case her extension is rejected then the next day her visa is void is she is not leaving immidiately or she would have sometime such as few days to leave the us without her visa being void

There is no grace period. As long as she is present in the US (even for 1 minute) when her extension is denied, her visa is void.
