Sponser for my parents and minor brother my husband on L-1 or me on L-2

Hi ,
I am planing to call my parents and minor brother on B2 visa.Who should sponsor me on l2+ead or my husband on L-1.
We have almost same amount me our account husband have 8K nearby and me 10K but my husband have a very good credit history.
Is it ok to apply as a family and my husband sponsor them.

Thank u.I want to just add on that my application of change of status to L-1 is in progress and in RFE mode.
I don't have any credit history and recently my credit card was denied at macy's as I dont have any credit history and my husband have a very good credit history.So will it increase chances when I apply as I am blood relative or its good that husband having a good credit history should do it?

My husband applied visa for his family and it was approved.His sister and parents.

I am sorry for bothering again asking additional question but it will really be helpful as I need to apply soon.
